23. KL Bird Park
The KL Bird Park is located in the serene and scenic Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens, 10 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The KL bird park is home to more than 3,000 birds of 200 local and foreign bird species. The main feature that distinguishes KL Birk Park from any other bird parks is the concept of free-flight.
Stroll through the park, and take the opportunity to see Mandarin ducks, hawk eagles, hornbills, ostriches and much more.
The Egg Incubation Room and Nursery shows how chicken eggs are artificially incubated using incubators.
Take the opportunity to take photographs with the different species of birds, while joining in the daily bird shows and feeding programme.
The KL Bird Park Bird Show is the event highlight of the day and its happening at the sem-open air ampitheater at 12.30pm and 3.30pm daily.
24. P.Ramlee Memorial
Ask anyone in Malaysia of the late Tan Sri P. Ramlee, and chances are you’ll get references of his famous films ‘ Bujang Lapok’, ‘Madu Tiga’ or even the funny ‘Keluarga 69′. The late P. Ramlee was an extraordinary artiste; he was an actor, singer, composer and director.
The great actor passed away on 29 May 1973, and today, his house comes under the care of the Malaysian government, and is considered a proud national heritage.
The house has been turned into a memorial, dedicated to the preservation of his memory and of his late wife, the talented actress, Saloma.
There are collections of personal memorabilia of the late actor; awards, photos, personal artefacts and a rare glimpse into the past of a man who rose from humble beginnings and easily made friends with anyone.
25. Galeri Perfileman Finas
This unique film gallery traces the development of the local film industry starting from the 1930s to the present day.
This gallery, which was recently opened in 2007 is a tribute to the contributions of film activists since the heydays of Studio Jalan Ampas, Studio Jalan Katong and Studio Merdeka.
Among the paraphernalia exhibited here include old film magazines, movie making accessories, as well as footages showcasing the development of the film industry in Malaysia.
There is a resource room as well as a mini theatre highlighting classic Malay films.

26. Galeri Petronas
It is a modern and delightful art gallery with frequent exhibits by renowned local and foreign artistes. It is located on level 3 of Suria KLCC.
Opened in 1993 by Malaysia’s Oil Company, Petronas, the gallery acts as a venue to support the establishment and encouragement of arts in the country.
It provides an avenue showcasing world class talents and enriching the local art scene with its ever-changing exhibits. This gallery is a must see for art connoisseurs the world over!
